Each Lunar Dispatch arrives neatly packaged in a 5 × 7 inch (A7) envelope, designed to feel personal, intentional, and keepsake-worthy.

🌙 Lunar Dispatch — Terms & Shipping

U.S. only at this time.

Lunar Dispatch is currently available to customers within the United States.

To keep the subscription accessible and affordable, Lunar Dispatch orders are shipped via USPS using stamps and do not include tracking information.

📬 Shipping Schedule

• Lunar Dispatch orders typically ship toward the end of each month.
• For February's Dispatch:
  • Sign-up cutoff: March 26
  • Ship date: March 27

⏳ Delivery Time

• Please allow up to 7 business days after shipment for U.S. orders to arrive.
• Delivery times may vary depending on USPS and your location.

🗓 Subscription Cutoff

• The monthly sign-up cutoff is announced each month.
• If you subscribe after the cutoff date, your first Lunar Dispatch will be the following month’s dispatch.
• Every payment corresponds to one unique Lunar Dispatch.

🚫 Returns & Cancellations

• Lunar Dispatch subscriptions are final sale and non-refundable once an order has shipped.
• If your dispatch arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photo proof so we can make it right.
• You may cancel your Lunar Dispatch subscription at any time through your customer account or contact me directly.
• To avoid being charged for the next month’s dispatch, cancellations must be made before the monthly cutoff date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, that month’s charge is non-refundable.
• If you cancel after the cutoff date, your subscription will end following the current month’s dispatch.
